Our machinery
We own our plant, so we control the result.
Hired plant arrives when it arrives and leaves when someone else needs it. Owning ours means we set the mix temperature, the paving speed and the number of roller passes ourselves — and those are the things that decide whether a surface lasts five years or fifteen.
Every machine is run by a trained operator and serviced on a schedule, so it meets MoRTH and IRC requirements on site and not just on paper.

What we own
- 01 Asphalt Hot Mix Plants with Cold RAP attachment Produce the bituminous mix on site at a steady temperature, and let us reuse milled-off material (reclaimed asphalt pavement) in the new mix.
- 02 Wirtgen Cold Milling Machines Cut the failed surface off to an exact depth and load it straight into a tipper.
- 03 Vogele Sensor-Guided Pavers Lay the bituminous concrete and DBM layers to a level held by sensor rather than judged by eye.
- 04 Apollo Sensor Paver Lays the dry lean concrete and wet mix macadam base layers to the same sensor-controlled level.
- 05 Concrete Batching Plants Batch concrete on site, so the mix is the same from the first pour to the last.
- 06 Bitumen Pressure Sprayers Spray tack and prime coat at a metered rate, so the new layer bonds properly to the one beneath it.
- 07 Mechanical Broomers (6 cum & 1 cum) Sweep the surface clean before spraying — dust is what stops a bond forming.
- 08 Road Rollers (3) Tandem, vibratory and pneumatic, to reach the specified density while the mat is still hot.
- 09 Tippers Move material between the plant, the stockyard and the paver.
Owning the plant is what lets us commit to a date and a density — and then meet both.
