62 people, each division led by a specialist.
Sixty-two people work at Ram Enterprise: design and site engineers, quantity surveyors, laboratory technicians and skilled machine operators. Each part of the business — planning, execution, quality and plant — is run by someone who has done that job on site themselves. Before work starts we go through the drawings and the specification with the client, agree what is actually needed, and plan the sequence around it. That is the part that keeps a programme realistic.
